Kohler, Wis. March 5, 2025 - Rehlko, formerly Kohler Energy, hosted its annual Distributor Principals meeting February 18 - 20, 2025 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The meeting was attended by distributor principals and executives from each of the North American distributors.

A highlight of the event was the annual Industrial Distributor Awards ceremony and luncheon. The ceremony recognized the major achievements and contributions of its distributors. The award categories this year focused on significant distributor accomplishments, associates of the year, and the annual performance awards.

The Big Hitter award is presented to the heavy hitters of Rehlko’s distributor network; a celebration of big wins! This year, two distributors were recognized for landing big hits and delivering ‘out of the park’ orders performance, each with orders more than 150% of their goals.

The Tom Ferry award recognizes passion for closing large projects. Each year Rehlko presents this award to the distributor who orders the largest Paralleling Switchgear project.

The Aftermarket Parts & Service (AMPS) Distributor of the Year award is presented to the North American industrial distributor who steadily demonstrates strong performance in selling Rehlko parts and providing service.

The Industrial Distributor of the Year award is presented to the North American industrial distributor who consistently demonstrates excellence in all performance areas of being a distributor.
